Refund & Return Policy - Prime Unico

At Prime Unico, your happiness is important to us, so all of our products come with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase within 72 hours of receiving it, we will do our best to make sure you are happy with our resolution.

1. Return Policy Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Jewelry: Must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Bedspreads & Bedding: For hygiene reasons, bedspreads must be returned in their original vacuum-sealed packaging (if applicable) and must not have been washed, used, or spread on a bed. Items with pet hair, stains, or odors (perfume/detergent) will not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or order number.

2. How to Start a Return

  • If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Handling Fee: For "change of mind" returns on items delivered in good condition, we charge a flat-rate $7.95 handling and delivery fee per unit.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item (wrong jewelry piece or wrong bedspread size/color), contact us immediately at sales@primeunico.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at our cost.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized Products: Jewelry or bedding with specific names, dates, or custom embroidery. (We may offer up to 50% store credit in these cases).
  • Personal Care Items: Beauty products.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale.

5. Cancellations

We process orders very quickly. We offer a 3-hour cancellation window.

  • Requests after 3 hours cannot be accommodated as the order is likely packed.
  • Refunds for cancellations will incur payment gateway fees (3.5% - 4.7%) as these are non-refundable by providers like PayPal/Stripe.
  • For orders under $99, a flat deduction of $7.95 applies for transaction fees.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For shipments to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the "original condition" criteria mentioned above.

7. Refunds

Once we inspect your return (checking for wear on jewelry or usage on bedspreads), we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at sales@primeunico.com.

8. Holiday Season & Delays

During high-volume seasons, slight delays may occur. We cannot issue refunds for orders delayed due to adverse weather or carrier issues beyond Prime Unico’s control.
